The Role:

As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our team's effectiveness in the dynamic field of email marketing and beyond. You will be working with our email marketing team & supply teams to coordinate outgoing communications. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain comprehensive, global experience in email marketing and to expand your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging written content for emails
• Manage data for targeted messaging
• Schedule and send emails
• Collaborate with teams on timing and content
• Collect feedback from customers, suppliers, and internal team members through various channels
• Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of communication, and make adjustments for improvement
• Strategize and implement lifecycle communication

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in email marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Ability to understand data and make data-informed decisions
• Proven expertise in email campaign management and audience segmentation
• Solid understanding of email marketing platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in email marketing analytics
• Demonstrated ability in creating and implementing A/B testing strategies
• Excellent written, spoken, and interpersonal communication skills (in English)
• Familiarity with GDPR and other email marketing-related legal guidelines
• Eagerness to explore and excel in various dimensions of email marketing
